Jason Wituk Promoted to General Sales Manager

Wichita, Kan. — Journal Broadcast Group announced this week that Jason Wituk has been promoted to General Sales Manager for the company’s six local radio stations in Wichita: KFDI-FM, KFTI-AM, KFTI-FM, KICT-FM, KFXJ-FM and KYQQ-FM.

Wituk has been Local Sales Manager for Journal Broadcast Group’s Wichita Operations since 2006. His previous career experience includes positions as account executive for COX Media Kansas, KSN, The Wichita Eagle and Entercom Radio. While at the Wichita Eagle he also served as the classified sales manager for two years. In his new role, Wituk will lead the overall sales operations for all six Journal Broadcast Group stations in Wichita.

“Jason brings over 14 years of advertising sales and management experience to our Wichita management team.  Through his experience and strong leadership, he will help us grow our business while benefiting our advertisers with effective and innovative marketing solutions,” said Vice President and General Manager – Wichita Operations Eric McCart.
