NBC 26 is one of the newest television stations of the Journal Broadcast Group. The station serves the Green Bay/Appleton broadcast market in Northeastern Wisconsin. We also currently own two radio stations in Milwaukee, and we are already seeing opportunities to leverage the resources and strengths of those broadcast operations. These synergies will allow us to grow our business and provide even better service to the viewers and advertisers in the Green Bay and Appleton areas."
WGBA continues to add to its local news offerings. The station seeks to build interesting programs that inform viewers across the region.
In addition to local news, NBC 26 offers some of the best daytime and prime time programming available on broadcast television. With programs like "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," "Montel" and "Inside Edition" in daytime and early evening, the station gives viewers interesting entertainment, talk and information programming. NBC prime time brings the dramas including the "Law & Order" series, "ER," and fresh comedy in shows like "Joey" and "Scrubs."
